| A NON- REFUNDABLE $5 Handling Fee is added to All
Orders / $10 Small order fee on orders $300 or less. $75

- We cannot accept
returns without a return authorization
- All returnable
products must be returned within 10 days of the
order date.
- Returns will only be
credited if packed in the original box, are unused
and contain all parts, warranty cards &
instructions.
- Acceptable Returns
will be issued a STORE CREDIT within 15 days of
receipt back to the appropriate center.
We cannot accept returns on
- Special Orders
- Drop Ship Orders
- Used Products
- Damaged products
(unless a shipping claim was file upon receipt of
order)
- Orders exceeding the
Return Period
- Orders that are
returned without authorization
All orders are subject to a 25%
Restocking Charge
STORE CREDITS ONLY. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.Shipping & Handling Fees are
Non-Refundable
in certain
instances, we absorb part of the shipping charges for
your delivery. Sometimes we can't. In the event of a
return, you will be charged the full price of the round
trip shipping charges which will be deducted from any
credit due. All STORE credits will be issued within 1-2 weeks of receipt & inspection of the
return.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must
contain the following: First name, last name, order
number, and email address. This information must be
identical to the information originally submitted on
your order. Please provide contact information so
that we may contact you if we have questions in
regards to canceling your order. Upon successful
cancellation, we will provide you with a
cancellation ID. Please request cancellations by
emailing TTi Sales prior to order processing.
We cannot accept cancellations on special order
products or orders that have begun the processing
stage. We cannot accept verbal requests.
Every effort will be
made to accommodate the cancellation of your order,
providing your order has not been charged and/or
shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was
submitted and your order was
shipped after, we will gladly refund the
complete balance charged including shipping.
However, if the cancellation was documented in our
system as received
after the order was shipped, we will PROVIDE A STORE
CREDIT FOR the
merchandise total less shipping/handling & and restocking
charges
If you refuse an
order, all return policies will apply.
Shipping Claims:
If you accept an
order that appears to be damaged and sign for it,
you are assuming the responsibility. If you suspect
that the package is damaged, please document that
with the courier. All shipping claims must be filed
within the terms of the courier. You must inspect
the contents upon receipt and notify us by
submitting our form within 24 hours of receipt if there is
damage to the product or the order. We cannot
accept any claims after 24 hours of order receipt.
.Warranty, Guarantees:
We do not warranty or
guarantee any products. Please contact the
Manufacturer for Warranty and Guarantee information.
Verbal Orders:
We will be happy to
assist you with your ordering via the telephone.
However, we will require E-mail or Fax confirmation
from you before we will ship the order. E-mail
confirmation from you will represent that you have
read and agree to our purchase & return policies.
If you order is shipping to an address other than
your billing address, we may require approval from
your credit card company or bank.

| Additional Conditions:
In the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price due to typographical Tti
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tti
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Tti Sales shall issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Out of Stock
Policy & Special Order

The most important thing to keep
in mind when ordering is that
our stock balances fluctuate
throughout the day with sales
demand and stock that we receive
from the manufacturers. Items
are constantly being sold and
our stock is constantly being
replenished. If the item is
identified as "Out of Stock", we
can special order the item for
you and ship it as soon as we
get it. Most items ship within
2-4 weeks.

Just because the item you
ordered is NOT identified as
out-of-stock does not
necessarily mean that it will be
in-stock at the moment you order
it. We will notify you if the
item you ordered is
out-of-stock. We first try to
reply via email and give you 2
days to reply. If we have not
heard from you we will then try
to call you at the numbers you
provide with your order. Be sure
to give us your current email
address and phone number.

Some items are listed for sale
on our web site that have not
been released from the
manufacturer yet or are Special
Order Products. We place these
items on the web site so that
consumers may pre-order the
items. Preorders are reserved
with payment up front on a first
come, first served basis. You
may also request to be placed on
a “notify list” and we will let
you know when products are
in-stock and available for
delivery. Please be advised that
there are no refunds on special
orders.

Many out-of-stock items are
excellent products and are
available for purchase, but we
do not always stock these items
in inventory. We will be happy
to special order these items for
you in a timely fashion. Again,
most items ship within 2 -4
weeks.

ETA:
Most items ship from our
warehouse within 2-5 business days. Please allow
additional transit time to your location.
Shipping Charges:
Our shopping cart will
estimate shipping charges to your location from the
nearest warehouse. If an item is out-of-stock or does
not meet the normal criteria (oversized, more than 3
cases, chemical content, hazardous content or
overweight) we may contact your for additional with a
quote for the additional shipping charges. Certain
States may require us to charge sales tax depending on
the manufacturer location. We will contact you in the
event that this occurs. |

ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS,
THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, LICENSORS
OR THE LIKE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS,
REVENUE, DATA OR USE, BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR STRICT LIABILITY OR
OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF Tti. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event will Tti's
liability for any damages, losses and causes of actions
whether in contract or tort (including negligence or
otherwise) exceed the actual dollar amount paid by you
for the Service or Supplies which gave rise to such
damages, losses and causes of actions during the
12-month period prior to the date the damage or loss
occurred or the cause of action arose. |
